Your deposit of $200 starts your Rebecca Treeless Saddle in our production schedule and allows
us to order hides or any special fittings.
When your saddle is just about completed, you will be notified. Final payment must be made prior to shipment by personal
check, money order, or cashier's check. No credit cards please.
we can no longer pay shipping costs on the saddles due to higher shipping fees.
Because of the uniqueness of the Rebecca Treeeless Saddles we are offering a trial period to purchasers so that you can
be certain that this saddle is right for you and your horse, mule, or donkey,.
When you receive your Rebecca Treeless Saddle you have 10 days to test the saddle and decide to either keep the saddle
or return the saddle to us.
If you decide not to keep the Rebecca Treeless Saddle, you must return the saddle, and we will refund your total payment.
If the Rebecca Treeless Saddle is damaged, we will negotiate with you on the amount to be refunded.
Up dates: If we make a change in the saddles and the changes can be made to an already made saddle, we will make the
changes to your saddle for no charge.
Guarantee
All hardware is guaranteed for the life of the saddle under normal usage. And we consider 100 mile rides normal.
If any piece of hardware is damaged, you may return the Rebecca Treeless Saddle to us and we will replace the hardware at
no charge.
We want you and your horse, mule, or donkey to be happy with the Rebecca Treeless Saddle.
To that end, we want to know your comments...good or bad!!!
If you need a modification made to your Rebecca Treeless Saddle, or see something that needs to be improved, Please let
us know so we can keep you and your horse, mule, or donkey happy with our saddle.
PLEASE, WHEN TESTING THE REBECCA TREELESS SADDLE ON YOUR HORSE, MULE, OR DONKEY. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER PAD WITH THE SADDLE
OTHER THAN WHAT IT COMES WITH. DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE HAIR ON THE PAD INCASE YOU DON'T KEEP THE REBECCA TREELESS SADDLE.
